I know that Coast to Coast caravan leisure company will handle any service/warranty issue's. The only apparent catch I've come across with this generator is it needs a full tank of fuel & full oil for it to start, but i have seen them run 3.0kw air cons for 8+ hours on one tank of fuel with all the electrics running like lights & television, perfect for the weekend person who wants gauranteed power!!
