Normally, your goods will be shipped to you within 24 hours once payment has been cleared. In the event the item is not in stock we will alert you by email when we expect to have the item despatched to you.

1.2 This Privacy Policy applies to all personal information provided to and collected by RV Leisure and forms part of the Terms and Conditions of your access and use of the Site.

How does the pricing work?

All prices include GST and are listed in Australian Dollars only.. Because of the dynamic nature of this industry (e.g. exchange rate variations and other variables beyond our control), prices, product details and availability are subject to change on a continual basis without prior notice. Errors and omissions excepted. While every effort is made to ensure accuracy, currency fluctuations and other issues with our suppliers may result in unforseen changes to advertised information. For out of stock items, delivery dates given are only estimates. Goods ordered by fax or post will be charged at the current price at the time of receipt.

Do you offer finance?

Finance is not available at present.

How can I pay for my goods?

For online orders we accept payment by Visa and MasterCard. If an account is set up, you may place an order on your account (see 'Credit Accounts' below). We accept business, personal and bank cheques as well as Australia Post money orders. Please print the email you receive from us (containing your order confirmation) and send it in with your cheque or money order. All funds must be cleared before your order will be processed.

How do you keep my payments secure?

For your security all transactions performed on the RV Leisure website are encrypted using 128 bit SSL. This ensures your sensitive information cannot be intercepted by third parties. Your credit card information is sent directly to our payment gateway for live processing by our bank, we never store your credit card details on any of our servers at any time.

Can I open a credit account?

Accounts may be opened for Government Departments, Education and selected incorporated businesses, subject to credit checks. Previous trading history a must (Govt. Dpts excepted). Goods shall remain the property of RV Leisure until such time as the customer has paid the full price of the goods.

What are the conditions of delivery?

Freight charges are calculated on the basis of weight of goods and location of delivery. Select the products to be purchased, 'Submit Order' and freight charges will be calculated.
Special freight offers may be available as advertised on various advertisements from time to time.
The goods shall be at the customers risk from the date of delivery or the date upon which the customer is notified the goods are available for delivery, whichever comes first. RV Leisure shall use its best endeavours to meet the anticipated supply date or to supply the goods as soon as reasonably possible. If the customer fails or refuses to take delivery of the goods, the customer shall be liable for all loss and damage (including consequential loss and damage) suffered or incurred by RV Leisure as a result thereof, including all storage and handling costs and RV Leisure, at its discretion may charge a restocking fee of 25% of the purchase price.
Please note: Large items cannot be sent to PO Boxes, delivery address must be supplied.

 

Can I place an order outside of Australia?

You need JavaScript enabled to view it Payment by cheque or direct deposit only (all funds must be cleared before the order is processed, and must be in Australian dollars). Insurance for delivery of goods is required for all international orders. Allow ten working days for cheque or direct deposit clearance.

Logon Name & Password Confidentiality and Liability information

It is the responsibility of the customer to protect and authorise the use of logon codes and passwords. RV Leisure will not and cannot take responsibility for customer logon code and password protection and use. Account customers are liable to pay all monies outstanding from the purchase of goods on their account by any person that used their user name or password. Non account customers please note: every order will require payment before shipment can be made. Therefore, in the unlikely event that you receive an order fraudulently placed on your account, please inform the staff at RV Leisure immediately. We will arrange the return of the goods as well as contact the relevant criminal investigation authority.

Errors & Omissions information

At RV Leisure, we work hard to offer you the most competitive pricing and accurate product information. Because of the dynamic nature of this industry (e.g. vendor price changes and other variables beyond our control), prices, promotions and availability advertised are subject to change without prior notice. Please be assured of our every effort to ensure the accuracy; however the documents and graphics published may contain technical inaccuracies or typographical errors. RV Leisure makes no representations about the suitability of this information; it is provided "as is" without warranty of any kind. If an error is made or a product is listed at an incorrect price, RV Leisure shall maintain the right to refuse or cancel any orders placed. If the order has been confirmed and charged to your credit card, RV Leisure shall immediately issue a refund.

Return or Exchange of Goods information

Where a manufacturer offers a money back guarantee, this will normally involve you sending the product back directly to the manufacturer, who will process the refund themselves.

Right of refusal for the return or exchange of products is at the discretion of RV Leisure, except where the Trade Practices Act of Australia makes allowance. A restocking fee of up to 25% may apply to returned goods.

What type of warranty & service do you have?

All products sold by RV Leisure are covered by manufacturers warranties. RV Leisure does not guarantee the functionality or compatibility of product.

Backorder Cancellation Policy

Except for "special orders", an order may be cancelled before it has left our warehouse with no cancellation fee. If the order has left our warehouse, a fee may apply to cover courier and restocking costs.

RV Leisure may add to, delete or otherwise change these terms and conditions without notice. It is the responsibility of the customer to read and understand these terms and conditions each time an order is placed.

How do I return something to RV Leisure?

We take great care in packaging every order to ensure it arrives at your door safely and correctly. All items must be returned within 14 days from date of purchase. Please take a few moments when order is received to check contents of your shipment with the enclosed packing invoice. If you find any discrepancy between what you ordered and what you received, please contact us on 03 5240 0099 (8.30am to 5pm Monday to Friday, 8.30am to 4pm Saturday & 10am to 4pm Sunday).

All returned items must be returned with original packaging and original invoice or copy. We will not give a credit or refund for merchandise not reported within 14 days or without verification. For personal products we only accept returns if the product is unused and all packets are sealed. For orders that are damaged in shipping please notify us immediately so we can take the proper steps to replace the damaged merchandise.


• To return products, you must have an RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization) number assigned by RV Leisure. This RMA number can be obtained by contacting us on 03 5240 0099 (8.30am to 5pm Monday to Friday, 8.30am to 4pm Saturday & 10am to 4pm Sunday). The RMA number MUST BE displayed on the outside of the box or packet.
• All RMA numbers are valid for 14 days and products must be returned within this period.
• A Restocking fee of 25% may apply to some items
This procedure must be followed in order for credit to be processed.
